The 'connection' part of our company is very important to us.
We know that when we connect with others, we are not alone.
Choosing connection means that we choose to walk alongside others,
as well as working on our own individual wellbeing journey.
We also know that we sometimes need to ask others for direction, the 'compass' part of our company is very important to us also. When our wellbeing can come into question,
more often than not, a gentle reminder from others, can often place us in the direction we need.
Its not always about being on the 'right path', but being on the path that feels right to us.
Others can often see that before we see it in ourselves.

Maria
Maria has over 25 years’ experience working within Primary Education. Her previous roles include: classroom teacher, RE subject leader, senior leader and consultant. She has supported primary schools with nurturing children’s spirituality and wellbeing nationwide.
Maria is the Director of Wellbeing and Learning at Compass Connections (formerly Arco Iris Learning), which she founded in 2011. She delivers children’s sessions and CPD training for primary colleagues both in-person and online.
Maria is passionate about nurturing children's wellbeing and also her own wellbeing pathways. She is loves being in nature, whether at the seaside or the forest and enjoys expanding on her creativity, making, arting or crafting. She has a vivid imagination and loves the places where movies or reading take her.

Claudia
Claudia has 23 years’ experience as a mother to three children with additional needs. She has previously worked in Pre-School Education for 11 years.
Claudia is the Wellbeing Consultant at Compass Connections. She is an advocate for creativity to support wellbeing journeys for both herself and for others.
Claudia enjoys going to the gym and being outside in nature. She brings her compassion and understanding to a variety of situations.

Oscar
Oscar is the creative editor at Compass Connections. He creates photos both in a studio and on location to create images for clients and their websites.
Oscar enjoys food, especially cheese, and experiencing new cusines. He also enjoys walking and connecting with others in card gaming social activities.
Oscar volunteers at a local paliative care charity in his spare time.
